Only verified businesses with a valid reseller or tax ID are eligible to register for a wholesale account. Businesses can apply for a wholesale account at fatmiilk.com/pages/wholesale-inquiry. Applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Once logged in, you can browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. 

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Net terms are not provided.

Yes, a minimum order value or quantity may be required, depending on the product. Details are provided in each product listing.

For 5lb bags of coffee, we offer discounted tiers. Any discounts will be applied automatically at checkout based on your order volume:

• Tier 1: 1-4 bags (5-20lbs) = $80 per 5lb bag
• Tier 2: 5-9 bags (25-45lbs) = $70 per 5lb bag
• Tier 3: 10+ bags (50+lbs) = $60 per 5lb bag

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Wholesale orders are final sale unless items arrive damaged or incorrect. Claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If you find an issue with your product, please contact hello@fatmiilk.com.
